When we decided to sell our home and build in a new community, we had very specific goals in mind. We wanted to build in a certain school district, and we had a long list of "wants" for our location and house. We also had concerns with the logistical challenges of building a new home in the current environment and making sure that the timing and financial realities of selling and buying a home worked for our family. The process took a year, but we could not be happier with the counsel and service provided by Coco. She is a consummate professional. I believe her greatest attribute is that she is a good listener. She took to heart our concerns and objectives and helped us achieve them. She was patient. She was responsive. We never felt rushed or pressured. She is also very knowledgeable which helped guide us in several ways - from choosing a builder, to marketing our existing home in an efficient manner, to choosing a listing price. We sold our home in one day, at the price we wanted and a move schedule that worked for our family. We are now in our dream home and could not be happier. Coco is fantastic. Coco helped us find our very first home and we got a killer deal. She worked with us and heard what we wanted to close the deal and was able to make it happen.
